General Questions

You will receive an email confirmation for your order when your order is complete. You will also get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped out. If you have any questions regarding your order status or haven't received an email, please contact us at info@lisicatoys.com

Please check your spam folder for any missing emails, and add us to your safe senders list to ensure future notifications are delivered to your inbox.

All our products are shipped directly from our warehouse in Chicago, Illinois, USA.

In some rare instances, your order may be split into different packages and sent separately. This will mean that you will receive more than one tracking number and your items may arrive at different times and in separate packages. If some items have arrived but the others haven't, don't worry; they are on the way! You can always track your order on our site or you can contact us if you'd like an update. 

We ship worldwide. Some countries outside USA may be subject to additional customs & import fees.

For customers within the united states, your order should arrive within 4-13 business days. If you do not receive your order within 5 business days, please check your mailbox and tracking number, then contact us and we will make sure you're charging wirelessly in no time!


We ship international orders via dhl. Average delivery time is 15-25 business days. However, international shipping delays can occur due to your country's customs process. Once your order arrives in your country, it is transferred to your local postal carrier for final delivery, and dhl tracking may stop updating. In a small minority of cases, delivery can take up to 5 weeks. If it's been more than 5 weeks, contact us and we will help track down your order.

 

Shipping times are once they have left our facility. Please give us 1-3 business days to process your order*.

Returns or exchange items are accepted up to 14 calendar days after receiving your order.

Do I need to pay for the return?

We have free returns with Paypal. Didn’t pay with PayPal? Then you are responsible for the return costs.
